Hey, gang, Travis Richey here. This is kind of amazing ;-)

So, here's the thing: I'm working with my agent to get the Community people to produce an Inspector Spacetime Script that I wrote with my writing partner Eric Loya. It's written as a continuous episode but broken up into 6 pieces so that it could easily be made for webisodes on NBC.com or whatnot.

Nothing has happened with it yet, but I'm happy to be a part of the development of this canon, with the caveat that anything that Dan Harmon does would supersede fan-created works. right?

I'm also going to be talking more about my experience on the show in a vlog in the next couple of weeks if you want to keep an eye on my youtube channel. (www.youtube.com/sivartis)

So, a few little things I want to mention: The not-Daleks are called "Blorgons" with an "r". The British accent made it hard to hear, but now that you see it, isn't that a much better name?

In our script, Eric would play Boyish the Extraordinary, the Inspector's Arch-Nemesis. An immortal who has tried time and time again to destroy the Inspector and the people he loves. We also have an appearance from the Blorgons.

Oh! I have read about some guesses as to the Inspector's tool of choice (I liked laser wrench), but we ended up settling with an Optic Pocketknife, due to it's versatility.

Also, I LOVE the details of the phone booth, and how it's smaller on the inside, which fosters better friendships, etc., though we didn't call it the DARSIT.

Hey, it's so awesome to see you've found the forum!

I can't believe we misheard Blorgons. It definitely sounds more robotic with an 'r', and far cooler if said in a Blorgon voice.

Did you guys happen to come up with a race for the Inspector? There's been a bit of debate here over Space Master/Hour Baron etc. Do you see him as the same race as Boyish, and, therefore, immortal?

I hope you manage to get NBC to produce your script, the world can always use more Inspector Spacetime. And legitimate canon.

Hey, welcome Travis! It's great to hear your input, I'm sure people will be tripping over themselves to canonize our canon.

Of course whatever Dan comes up with with supersede what we come up with. But we'll be having fun until then.

And yeah, anything that "Community" does supersedes our canon. We'll just work it in somehow and mold what we've already got around it.

I'm Sarah. I actually found this because over at TWOP in the Community thread someone linked to the Inspector Spacetime TV trope page and it reminded me why I love the internet.

I've written a few of the Other Show fanfics and one for Community and I can't wait to see how Inspector Spacetime shapes up. I just hope we can do Abed proud.
