Okay, if we seriously wanna make the fandom into something cohesive, we should probably have a place to discuss it that isn't as cluttered as Tumblr. We have a lot of ideas planted on the TTVTropes Page and a bit more of a cohesive canon listing here but here's where we can discuss it more freely. 
So, uh, throw things out there and let's get in arguments like proper fandoms!

I'll go ahead and add my suggestions here as well:
Closing Time = Grand Opening
The God Complex = The Imposter Syndrome
The Girl Who Waited = The Girl Who Was Late
Night Terrors = Day Dreams
Let's Kill Hitler = Let's Kill Hitler (Same name, but very different take. IS had the characters actually kill Hitler and had a thoughtful presentation of what the world would be like, leading to a deep moral quandary of whether or not they should undo their actions and let him live. It was a difficult episode to watch, but very well done. The discussions and meta afterward were amazing.)

Actually, I was thinking - since most of us are probably more familiar with "New Who", what we could probably do is start with the most recent "incarnation" of the Inspector (Travis Richey) and write his episodes first, and then work backwards from there, writing the Daniel Landlord episodes next, so on, so forth.
Also, what if... this just came to me: What if we wrote the episodes as sort of a round-robin story? One person starts writing it, writes a paragraph or two, and when the episode is finished, we move on to the next one. Maybe we could do two at a time. Start with Travis Richey's first episode, do a season with him, and work backwards from there. I think that would be a lot of fun, and everyone would get a say in it - and it would give IS a chance to be something kind of separate from DW as the fans get creative with it 
Will it be chaotic? HELL YES. but that will make it fun.

That sounds pretty damn awesome.
The only thing I can think of is that it would be hard to develop long story arcs if we're writing the beginning last, but hell. It's all very spacy-wacey. And you could expand on what were throw away gags/references when it comes time to writing an earlier season.

Well, we'd start with episode 1 of the latest Inspector, and work to the end of his series, so he'd get his own story arc.
And hell, maybe writing it backwards will make for even more interesting results. xD It'd sure make foreshadowing a lot easier.

Yeah, I was just referring to how the Cheap Ripoff That Shall Not Be Named has story arcs over multiple regenerations, sometimes.
But writing backwards seems really cool. And logical, somehow...

And anyway, That Other Show was written forwards, and this show is FAR SUPERIOR. So writing backwards is ideal.

Instead of writing full fics, what about starting with summaries? That'd give better structure and leave a lot of the world still open (and let fanfic remain fanfic, rather than set up an official canon, especially since any canon would be immediately dashed by anything new Community created). We ought to have a wiki with the seasons set up and empty lists that we could go in, name the ep, and write a summary if we so desired... that way, people could start with the seasons and eras they knew best.

I think these are all great ideas.
Summaries would be good. We can has out the basic idea for an episode then begin writing it as a group. it would be a give and take, creatively, and if there are ever more of us we would need to split up the work (4 or 5 ppl per episode or something). But for now round robin-ing it would be fun.
We could work it like an actual writing process and discuss summaries, dialogue and "feel" then actually write it all into an episode.
Do we want to write it out as a screenplay? Like dialogue style and with stage cues? Or do we want to write it out like a fanfiction?

Just need to be careful as a lot of people are still adding to the canon in other areas.
For example, thanks to a fandomsecret post, we now know that Daniel Landlord was the first Black Inspector.

He probably was, considering that I doubt there was a black Inspector back in the 60s and 70s. Possibly 80s but with the 5th Inspector being female it's unlikely the show would make two progressive moves in a row. TV producers hate risk.
