I like the round robin idea still, but it's been made pretty clear that it needs a bit of organization because that could get chaotic really quickly.
I, in my imaginary position of authority, have decided that we'll have showrunners in charge of their own seasons/story arcs (probably two per "season") who will take the already-established canon and hammer out who was involved, character interaction, the overall story arc, and what must happen in each episode for the overall story arc to be realized.
Aileile, georgiathekiwi, and iaminspectorspacetime - since you three seem to be the most familiar with canon, and what I just described is what you've already been doing anyway, would you three be interested in the showrunner position at all?
After the season itself is planned and we know in what episodes the "big events" happen, it's time to plan individual episodes... I'm still not sure how that would be handled, though. I'm partial to the Round Robin plan like before, since I'd like to get lots of people involved, but we'd need to find a means of keeping it on track.
As far as season assignment, I'm not every familiar with the Classic episodes of the Show That Shall Not Be Named, I've only seen a few here and there. So if you want to keep up Who parallels (and a lot of the characters to seem have counterparts) I'm probably not the best to pick.
I am, however, rather attached to the sixth Doctor and Jeffrey. But I won't be able to make their seasons parallel the other show in any way.
Well if we're starting with 11, I can't actually do much of that at the moment; I've only seen a few Matt Smith episodes. But I've seen every one of David Tennant's multiple times, so I could work on one of the 10th Inspector's story arcs, no problem.

Ailelie here.
My knowledge of Who is Sarah Jane's tv series and 11 (and 9. Never cared much for 10. I know. Blasphemy).
If Community is going to continue doing clips, we might want to be careful of doing the Constable season...
Can I be in charge of Stare?! I've been thinking through some idea for how the lions work and how the episode can progress. I can co-ordinate with iaminspectorspacetime as too how it fits with the rest of the arc.

Sounds cool to me.
BTW My total Who knowledge is like...9 & 10 (a lot of 10) and some of 4, which I'm working on watching more of, and I've recently started watching 3. So if we need someone for those two eras as well I'll be more than happy to continue my research. c:
I've seen all of Season 1 (1963 with Hartnell, Yes including the missing episode) and the first Serial in Season 2. I have seen 9 at least 3 times, 10 at least 3 times, Series 5 at least twice and next Saturday I will have seen all of Series 6 once.
I know I'm new to this place, but I'd really like a crack at doing the TV movie (hell, me and my friends could probably even do a short fan film) or the 9/10/11 era.
As far as not knowing much about Classic Who, we're nowhere near working on the old who episodes yet, so perhaps when we get to them, we might have more people available who are more familiar with classic who willing to act as showrunners
Also - I understand that there are certain episodes you might want to write, but for the moment, let's focus primarily on 11th Inspector, Series 5 and get to the other bits of canon once we're finished with that.

As I said on the other board, I will edit, provide a soundboard, write short bits as needed, talk out plots, and keep track of canon. I can also serve as a point-of-contact for writers in a season if they've questions about other episodes/etc. *shrugs*
