Kind of made the Madame Kovarian Expy an old lady who likes to knit and drink tea. Her name is Ms. Patch.

I had an idea for ganger-like characters, not sure if there are any yet. Also Neg!Rory/other characters. And I had named the Davros character Vosrda on TV Tropes, but if you guys wanna change it to what you have, feel free to.

I believe the Sloughers were a take on the Gangers. Also, the wiki has Hubert as the Blorgon creator. So... something to discuss.
Also, something to keep in mind, we separated Rory and 11. So Rory isn't going to through all the same adventures in IS as he did in DW (and, honestly, the seasons shouldn't be episode-by-episode, plot detail-by-plot detail, if it happened to the Who character, then it happened to the expy similar anyway).

I knew about the Rory part-just wrote his Negaverse self as a large ham on TV Tropes in general, no Inspector listed.
Didn't know about Sloughers and Hubert, though, so thanks for pointing that out.

Sorry-- that was a minor rant not directed at you-- not that that dilutes the meaning. And, I do love all of the adventures Rory is getting.

No problem at all, I figured it was meant just in general.
And so do I. I just can imagine Rory's alternate being a loud, villainous, hammy mess.

My Idea for a race of villains, analogues for the silurians: The Roachacons
Instead of dinos essentially from the past, the Roachacons ( slightly larger than human sized creatures- coincidentally the size of a human in a low budget seventies era suit would look like-)
they were the sentient creatures on Earth in the future stuck in the present, which must of course, due to topsy-turvy spacey-taceyness, means they can't be the dominant Earth race in the future.

Okay, here's the idea fleshed out a little more.
The Roachacons are the dominant species on Earth, evolving after the humans leave because they fought a nuclear war or three.
The Roachacons have just about got the point in their civilisation to think that digital watches are a pretty neat idea* when the humans come back to reclaim their planet, with vengeance.
The Inspector pops in to save them by cramming as many of them as possible into the phone booth, and taking them back in time, and the Inspector gets it wrong, so they land up to maybe ten thousand years before present day, so they have to hide under ground from cavemen, where it is impossible to get a decent brew, and have instead to survive on something almost but not quite, entirely unlike tea.*
So when they eventually re-emerge, they have a big vendetta against The Inspector as well as humans.
*Douglas Adams reverences; at least a couple of Douglas Adams references are needed in the series.

I do very much like the idea of the Inspector saving Earth from an invading humanity at some future date. It is a pleasant inversion!

TVtropes is listing lead as the Circuit-Chaps' one and only weakness, as it "clogs their condensers". Are we settling on this? 'Cause I love the idea of this nigh-invincible race being vulnerable to common bullets.

About the Sloughers, they could be another immortal race, which sloughs off its skin to resemble other races. They're not bad, per se, but there is a definite strain of them who take over planets by seeding them with Slougher duplicates, spreading the Slougher variant of the natives gene structure into the populace. Eventually, the variant DNA becomes dominant, and the Sloughers control the planet. Slow, but effective.
The other Slougher faction isn't looking for power, just a nice place to be safe.
Thing is, some Sloughers mix so well with the locals that they forget what they are, and spend their lives as whatever race they've copied, never knowing they're different at all.
Like the Doctor discovering Amy was Flesh, one of the Inspector's associates might turn out to be a Slougher...

Can someone clear up for me-- is the Sergeant meant to be the expy of the Master? If not, who is the IS version of the Master?
